Matter a fact at a 0.5% degradation you’d still be at 87.5% power output so you get another 5 years before worrying about another 3 panels 🤙

In the US, the tax credit only comes if they’re professionally installed. Many appraisers won’t add value to house either

Buy used panels that solar farms have swapped for higher producing ones and save a boat load in initial cost.

The problem with adding new ones after 25yrs will be that you can't get the full power out if the new ones if they are in same string.
