Reduce the heat to simmer.  4. In the meantime, make the breadcrumb topping. Stir together the breadcrumbs, parmesan, thyme, garlic salt and melted butter.  5. Remove the pan from the heat, then crumble over some feta. Top with the breadcrumbs.  6. Place under the grill for 5-10 minutes until the breadcrumbs have browned and the mixture is bubbling. 7.
