It’s true, my female white cat was deaf too. She had my heart and loved her so much, for an indoor cat they can live a happy life while deaf!

white fur and blues eyes usually will indicate deafness in cats, its something to do with their genetics

Cats also are sensitive to vibrations, so it may appear that she sometimes hear when in reality she’s feeling moving air

My cats brother was deaf! Whole litter was white, mam was white but wasn’t deaf. He got returned, said the kids didn’t want a deaf cat ☹️
