Maybe you need to find a unit where you know you will be supported no matter what. Knowing that is what eventually eased my anxiety

I sit in my car before every shift and pray and meditate that I don’t walk into a bad shift or have to deal with the mean nurses 😭

Ugh I was the same exact way when I used to work in the ICU! My anxiety was through the roof. My HR would be 170s going into work 😭

I quit my nursing bedside job cause it’s giving me a really bad anxiety the night before my shift or right before my shift! It’s just not worth it! 🥺
