I was born in 1974. Never had a smart phone growing up, didn’t really like video games, we played outside. I had/have severe ADHD and am NOT medicated

I'm sorry I have to disagree. My son at the age of 7 couldn't read he couldn't concentrate, his reading level was a 2 after being seen by two doctors
