This is true my mother in law works for CPS she trains these families that want to adopt or foster. Lots of kids still needing homes.

They don’t care. There’s a disproportionate number of BIPOC in the foster system. And let’s not forget LGBTQ+ kids. The kids that don’t matter. 😡
