I use a French press. 1 cup of grounds (freshly ground is best), fill with cold water. Let it steep overnight then plunge.

do one cup of coffee to 8 cups and leave on the counter overnight. Putting it in the fridge stops the steeping process.

Love it!! If it turned out a little bitter, try leaving it out instead of putting it in the fridge! Also try coarsely ground beans instead of regular.

Also on the video you are referring to…she said it was a concentrate version. So be sure to remember to cut your coffee with water! Equals amounts.

I’ve found 1 cup of grounds to 64 oz of water is perfect. Let sit for 18-24 hours. I have this exact jar and the coffee comes out great.
