Interesting! I hand wash all my silk items with gentle soap and vinegar and air dry..ruined a few dresses in the wash

I had a 100% merino wool sweater was a over sized XL and it shrunk to a fitted XXS and I did not dry it

same! I always wash my silk in the wash on cold cycle and hair dry. never had any issues. wool on the other hand ... I have ruined in the wash.
