I prefer the Theracane over my massage gun for treating upper trap area. more precise. hold levator scap down then shrug and do circles 👍🏻👍🏻

I use the hsp wooden neck pillow. Besides helping with stretching the curve, I tip it side ways to help massage the muscles in the occipital ridge.
