For y’all saying Abuelita is not Mexican, it made in Toluca and originally called La Azteca. Only bc it was bought don’t make it less Mexican.

Mixing so much sugar directly into the melted chocolate caused my batter to become grainy (since the sugar didn't melt all the way). I suggest whisking the sugar w/ the eggs/vanilla mixture instead!

Abuelita is owned by nestle which uses child labor which is very much unethical. Ibarra tastes better my abuelita always uses it
