I started using African Black Soap by Alaffia for shampoo. It made my baby hairs grow in and I find it helps with overall quality of hair too.

spironolactone did me dirty when I took it in HS and the beginning of college! I had to have a “cocktail combo” for it to do like .5% of progress.
