Double that would be 1.6g/kg of body weight. A guy like me who is 210lbs would have to have 330g/day. I struggle just to get to 100g/day.

Max recommended protein is around 2g per KG. Maybe 3 for bodybuilding. Anymore increases risk of kidney stones and strain.
