I love Dustin, but he’s not the heart. He’s not the core/foundation, doesn’t keep them together, motivate each of them. He’s closer to the older guys

While clearly Dustin is the true heart of the group—2 of the group are literally in love with Mike so I think it makes sense that Will would say that.
