While eliminating pore clogging ingredients in skincare/makeup can definitely help, it’s not the END ALL magic trick to clear skin. Even if I was doing everything right in my routines, and was still taking high amounts of B12 (which btw is hidden so many things you don’t even realize) and drinking alcohol every weekend, my skin would never get better. Finding your triggers takes serious discipline, but it’s much easier to try it for 30 days than feeling like you have to go the rest of your life without any of these things. I drove myself CRAZY, and I’m so glad that I now know exactly what to stay away from.
