3 years ago, I had my shoulder dislocated by a 6 yo. 2 steroid injections, a surgery and another on the way plus weekly physio. Still in horrible pain

🤣🤣🤣 we have 3,4, and 5th graders that are bigger then a lot of the teachers. Any age we shouldn’t be dealing with being assaulted.

Not kidding, we had elementary students this year who SA-ed staff members. And the staff members were reprimanded for pushing the kids away.

Our school district trains the paraprofessionals and the not the teachers in cpi! CPI is a deescalation strategy, therefore, EVERYONE should be!
