I just use a stroller and a cart, I leave the cart at the end of the aisle grab what I need bringing the stroller with me and bring it to the cart.

They need to make carts that have spots for the car seat. Some parents have twins or multiple children so this doesn’t work when you need to shop

aside from target anywhere with wire baskets my carseat safely locks on the side like it would the carseat base.
