😅Sometimes I don’t even know what I’m cooking anymore. Had some leftover rice and stuffed a sweet pepper with it. Then my son said to add cheese, afterwards I saw parsley in the fridge and voila! Thank goodness for this sweet delicious pepper called Corno di Toro Chocolate that we grew from the garden, it made the meal taste great🌶️

The key is to blend it thick with some chunks and we also made a tiny modification on ours by adding monkey face pepper and frying the garlic.
