It doesn’t have the same effect pulling moisture like A/C but when your hot, there’s nothing better than doing 40 with all the vents and windows open.

My first car, a 1993 Chevy W/T Cheyenne pick up (no options) had the same air vents. It was basically a 50s car with a pickup body.
