wireless bridge plugs down hole, dump cement and run a 2nd plug and cement it to the surface. That should stop the problem a surface packer is not go

Hopefully hawk comes up with a crown valve of sorts so you can rig up wireline and a camera and go look at it.

Maybe try threading the bottom and screwing on a diverter while it is open to flow. Then close valves to control direction
