Gotta make sure there is no silica if you are using it on regular glasses or sunglasses. Silica will sandpaper your glasses.

I've heard of shaving cream on boat windows in the same application. Tooth paste is abrasive and image would scratch the hell out of them.

At the start of covid our safety guy walked around with shaving cream. To stop people from saying their safety glasses were fogging up due to mask.

learned this trick from a skydiving hellcat on the ski slopes in Vermont. My ski goggles never fogged.👍
