I put the tubes in the tensioner then assemble. done thousands of these. gravy baby

Don’t confuse the short bolt with the bottom alt bolt. Vlave cover will have a new breather lol

I think you did it backwards I always put the elbows into the tensioner housing assembly

They use plastic from the factory because cheaper to manufacture, but also because "designed to fail".
