I almost didn't come on this trip. The forecast said rain all week, and for a second, I let doubt creep in. Maybe this wasn't the right time, maybe it wouldn't be worth it. It is quite a journey to this paradise. Come to find out the room was nonrefundable and no changes could be made. Looking back, I know now-God wasn't letting me back out of something I really needed. He's also showing me, regardless of how things look or what I'm told, I have the power to make changes because I give Him the power to complete them. Before I touched down in Belize, I felt like I was running on empty, always on autopilot. Life had been heavy, my spirit was tired, and honestly... I wasn't sure if this trip would even change anything. But the moment I felt the sun on my skin, the ocean breeze in my hair, and the peace in the air, something shifted. Belize didn't just give me rest—it brought me back to myself. I laughed more, moved slower, breathed deeper. I let go of things that weren't mine to carry. And now, l'm back, but l'm not the same. I'm not saying I'm miraculously nealed, but I am reminded there is more out there. And that it's within my reach. I just have to flip the switch. If you've been feeling stuck or tired and you needed a sign to go, to rest, to reset-this is it. Find your peace, whatever that looks like. Take the trip, go outside, change your scenery, do what you need to do for you. God will clear the path.
