Yes you are correct. I was under alot of stress and my bp was 200/90 @ my reg dr visit. sent me to the ED and I had to take meds right then.

I have may-thurner syndrome 24 vascular coils and a iliac stent. I'm only 4'10 and 98 lbs. I just spiked to 165/76 and hr 70 😵🥴 I feel so bad rn
