إيش نحتاج مكونات ؟ 300 مل حليب 300 مل كريمه طبخ خبز بريوش قشر برتقال عود قرفه كبير ملعقه ص فانيلا ربع كوب سكر و50 جرام زبده وايس كريم طريقه التحضير في قدر على النار نحط الحليب والكريمه والمطيبات القرفه وقشر البرتقال والسكر والفانيلا ونخليهم عالنار ثلاث دقايق يصير الحليب والكريمه دافي واطلعهم من النار احط نصه في صينيه واحط الخبز واحط النص الثاني فوق الخبز واتركه شوي يتشرب الحليب وفي طاووه على النار اضيف السكر ولمن يذوب اضيف الزبده والخبز يتحمر واقدمه مع الايس كريم What ingredients do we need? 300 ml milk 300 ml cooking cream Brioche bread Orange peel Large cinnamon stick 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup sugar 50 g butter Ice cream How do we make the recipe? In a pot on the stove, put the milk, cream, flavorings, cinnamon and orange peel، sugar and vanilla, leave them on the fire for three minutes until the milk and cream become warm Take them out of the fire, put half of it in a tray, put the bread in it, and put the second half on top Bread and let it absorb the milk for a while In a frying pan over the fire, I add the sugar and until it dissolves, add the butter The bread is browned and served with ice cream
