Intercranial Hypertension actually causes headache in the crown. Def get it checked. Its too much spinal fluid around the brain.

I just went to the ER thinking something was very wrong. had an EKG and a lung x-ray. it turned out to be crippling anxiety hang in there!

Def try get some blood work done to check for deficiencies in iron, b12, vit D. I had this exact problem for so long and it was vitamin deficiencies

I have chronic tension headaches. The pain is like a band that wraps from the top of my head around to the base of my skull. Cold compress helps some.
