Keema Pasta Ingredients: * 250 g minced meat (keema) * ⁠1 cup pasta * 1 chopped capsicum * ½ cup chopped red/sweet peppers * 1 chopped white onion * 1 tbsp grated garlic * 1 chopped tomato * 5 tbsp olive oil * ½ tbsp black pepper * ⁠1/2 tbs chilli flakes * 2 tbsp tomato purée * ½ tbsp oregano * ½ cup cream * 1/2 cup pasta water * Salt, to taste Method: 1. Heat a pan and stir-fry the chopped capsicum and red peppers until slightly softened. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same pan, heat 5 tbsp olive oil. Add the chopped onion and grated garlic. Sauté until softened. 3. Add 250 g minced meat, black pepper and salt. Cook then add the chopped tomato and mix well. 4. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water with a little oil for about 6 minutes or until cooked. Reserve some pasta water before draining. 5. Add 2 tbsp tomato purée and ½ tbsp oregano to the keema. Mix well. 6. Add ¼ cup reserved pasta water, followed by ½ cup cream. Mix until creamy. 7. Add the cooked pasta and stir-fried peppers. Toss everything together until well combined. 8.
