‘Just keep breastfeeding, only use formula as a last resort’…. My boy was not thriving due to my low supply 😓 formula top ups were a godsend

I was told absolutely not to introduce bottles if breastfeeding but almost broke me. Dad gave expressed milk at 4weeks to let me sleep

I made sure to keep things calm and quiet, so minimal lights on and chatting to a minimum. Definitely made eye contact and lots of cuddles though!

Yes! Also, put them down drowsy but not asleep 😂 my girl wouldn’t have a bar of that! Also, sleep when the baby sleeps 🤮

Omg I was told this but I read in a book from a midwife a woman did it and her baby died of SIDS that night and she regretted that last feed

yes! Also letting babies cry themselves to sleep. They want cuddles..They are not small for one enough, so just cuddle them😔

YES! The doctors said I had to wait 6 weeks fo introduce a bottle and then be absolutely refused it! It has made my life SO much harder. Never again
