Denied is really the wrong word....usually about 500 people going for 1 apartment......

Seriously, average is about 20 refusals...maybe even 50/100....there just aren't enough apartments

My advice is find a nice house about 60 mins from Dub..or think about just buying an apartment..mortgage cheaper and if you need to move rent it
