this is absolutely false. while you can file at any time, if the grievance process hasn't finished your issue is still considered ongoing.

I had no idea about this when I raised a grievance. My employer did not tell me about any of this in relation to a racial injustice incident which happened in 2019. I was not given my rights as an employee
