@tabitha.blue: Grilling is an almost daily occurrence in our household this time of year, so I’ve been having fun with SMOKING our recipes using Western Wood wood chips on our gas grill (did you know that was a thing?!) I’m loving it. My most recent delicious experiment: Smoked Blueberry Crisp. To answer your question — Yes! It’s as good as it sounds. I am a major fan of cobblers, I love that they are both tangy and sweet and have a variety of textures… smooth, gooey and crunchy. Plus, with this recipe, the smokiness adds another layer of rich flavor to this already delish dessert. Here is everything you need to try this yourself: ⭐️ Western Wood Cherry Wood Chips ⭐️ 1 pint Blueberries  ⭐️ 1/2 C Sugar ⭐️ 1 tsp Cinnamon ⭐️ 1 tsp Nutmeg ⭐️ 1/2 C Water ⭐️ 1 C Oats ⭐️ 1 C Brown Sugar ⭐️ 1 C Flour ⭐️ 1/4 tsp Baking Powder ⭐️ 1/4 tsp Baking Soda ⭐️ 1/2 C Butter (softened) Instructions: * Preheat your grill and add #westernwood chips in foil pouch or smoker tray * In cast iron skillet add blueberries, sugar, water, cinnamon and nutmeg * In a bowl add oats, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda and butter * Roughly mix dry ingredients into a crumble * Sprinkle crumble on top of the blueberry mixture * Place on grill next to smoker for 30-40 minutes * Serve and enjoy! #WesternChips101 #asmr #asmrfood #asmrcooking #cobblerrecipe #summerdessert #smokingonthegrill #Westernwoodpartner
