it’s crazy how in my state you need a license to catch a fish but you can open carry with no license at 18

tbh… i see what hes saying and agree in a way. i think once someone becomes pregnant they should have parenting classes & learn children psychology!

A parenting license would be difficult to mandate, but we could incentivize it with a child tax credit for the parents who have it.

I like the idea but a fishing license isn’t for them to know that you know how to fish, it’s just so game and fish can collect a license fee and fines
