I honestly don’t know what’s happening to me! I’ve always loved to eat but then suddenly I can’t eat anything cause I don’t have the appetite. And just can’t put food in my mouth🤷🏼♀️

I used to weight 130 something and then it dropped to 120/119 and then at one point it was at 116 and now i’m at 118

Most “breakfast” foods are a go to for me when I’m going through this phase. I’m trying to be better about having a protein shake. Smoothie is a good idea too.
