is there a preferred brand of tape for those of us with sensitive skin? Walgreens brand gave me hives on my twisted ankle and that was not ideal 😅

Yup that’s how you do it for longer lasting KT adhesion. But another trick is to fold it in half first so you don’t need to make as many cuts….
