I think there’s 3 states that require it for transport in or out of state? And repatriation to another country requires it.

My friend chose not to embalmed because she was being cremated. It saved thousands. We saw her the next morning and she looked beautiful.

I didn’t want this 4 my son was told it had 2 b done. He was in a closed coffin in the uk. I begged pls don’t they did it anyway I still cry over it

In Holland we don’t embalm at all, only the royals get embalmed.They cool the body as long as above ground, that’s it!
