Growing up in Mexico my Dad always ate Jicama with mango. He eats it every day. I never really liked, I actually thought it was a fruit lol

Jicama is good I like to spice it up and air fry it. Never thought of dipping in hummus I worked in a grocery store that how I learned about it

@ryantwomeyy put the sticks in water and into rhe fridge for a couple of hours so it loses its starch. It's healthier i think
