@lisawildheart: Writer, Mentor & Intuitive Educator, Lisa Parkes draws on a decade of supporting children with low self-esteem, anxiety and behavioural struggles to create this uplifting story of a feisty young Wildheart who learns to be true to herself by finding special friends just like her. When I was a little girl, I liked nothing more than curling up on a rainy day reading my Enid Blyton books. Inspired by the Enchanted Wood and The Magic Faraway Tree, I loved to venture off to different worlds and let my big imagination run wild. I wrote Stuck Between Two Worlds for all the Wildhearts who feel misunderstood. It took 30 days – it literally poured out of my soul onto the page. I guess it has been percolating all this time. It’s a mixture of my experience growing up as the black sheep of my family, the children I’ve been lucky enough to work with, and all the self development tips and tricks I teach to make growing up easier.
