Slow Cooker Pepperoni Pizza Mac n Cheese Per serving (makes 10): 485 Calories 40g Protein 56g Carbs 12g Fat Store these frozen & you’ve got 10 high protein meals that’ll last for months - microwave for 3-4 minutes to reheat 🤌 This is a variation of the “Pepperoni Pizza Mac n Cheese” from my meal prep cookbook! Hundreds of people have sent me DMs/emails about this recipe saying how much y’all loved it - so I decided to make a slow cooker version that makes 2x the food 🤙 Ingredients: 672g protein pasta of choice 1200g 1% milk 120g Chopped Turkey pepperoni 720g 2% cottage cheese 250g Marinara sauce 100g Parmigiano Reggiano 160g 2% Cheddar cheese 80g Fat free cheddar Seasonings to taste (I added salt, pepper & garlic + fresh basil and oregano) Place in slow cooker or crockpot. Place on high heat setting, cover and vent. Stir every 20-30 minutes until sauce is fully thickened and pasta is cooked through - usually takes 60-90 minutes total. If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can also cook using a pot over a standard burner using below instructions: Add every ingredient to a large pot, turn heat to medium-high. Once bubbling, reduce heat to 3/10, add a lid on top and set a timer for 20 mins. Remove lid and stir every 2-3 mins. Remove lid and let sit ~5-10 mins until completely thickened.
