(Stay tuned for more as I share how I continue to work towards achieving a good shoulder stand. ) โžก๏ธ Superman: ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™€๏ธOfcourse my obsession with this superhero would draw me to a pose called by his name ๐Ÿ˜… but also this move targets your lower back, abs, glutes, hamstrings, and upper back. Collectively, this helps provide spinal support, reduces the risk of back injury, and helps you carry out activities such as bending and lifting โžก๏ธ Boat pose: can be tricky and a bit frustrating at first. Works on your core, balance and stretches the hamstrings. It also helps improve the strength of your spine and hip flexors. โžก๏ธ Childโ€™s pose: the favorite for many. This pose is calming and relaxing. ๐Ÿ˜Œ while gently stretching the hips, lower back, and thighs.
