I almost caused a loss to the bank when I was new bc a senior consultant didn’t have me void out a check after I undid a transaction 😳I was so mad.

Don’t even get me started on all of the people that start yelling when a transaction gets declined but it was actually the customer buying groceries. Then we have to hear how in embarrassing it was gif then to get declined in line, buying groceries. 💀
