My hardware gate ripped out the wall after a couple months but our pressure gate hasn’t budged in 2 years. Call it survivor bias but 🤷🏻♀️

Why do people get sooo angry when people try to spread awareness about what’s the safest route. Survivors bias is very real.

We have solid wood gates mounted into studs in our three story home. Best investment.

Thoughts on the retractagate brand that is approved for top of stairs?

I was looking at one of these for the top of my stairs today and I’m so glad I saw this first.

My daughter fell down the stairs at 8 mos because of this. She is thankfully ok. It wasn’t even the gate dislodging that did it!
