You don’t need to let the primer dry before you apply the mascara. Just do one eye of both, then the other.

I’ve tried it and find it transfers way too much for me to upper and lower lids throughout the day-gets smeary. Even the waterproof one.

Love it! I have the loreal primer and I always put mascara on top before the primer dried and it was easier I felt to go on! Wanna try the essence one
