Have you tried cutting the harder/tougher foods you enjoy in little pieces to reduce the amount of chewing so you don’t have to limit them as much?

I have artificial joints.So happy you had a good outcome! Definitely take care of them. I was 15 when had surgery. Now 24 & can tell they deteriorate

The lower pain level is worth it. I had major foot surgery. Toe is stiff sometimes and doesn’t move the way it used too, but no more daily pain
