Could it be a ploy to keep small farmers from being able to actually sell there products without going into debt for machinery? Could it be a way to keep food centralised with in mass produced system.. Could it even be a carefully thought out plan to keep people sick and dependent on health care? Maybe even all of the above.. Or none of them.. and who ever is classifying food and making the rules is just doing the best they can without having any idea what they are doing.. I personally don't know.
