With a strong wind gazebo, concrete and plants will end up on your neighbors roof, it needs to be anchored.

If it’s not too late I recommend bolting new posts into the slab. If you want to keep the decorative look, may I suggest cutting a hole in plastic

I have a similar gazebo. My husband bought 4 pavers and anchored each gazebo leg to each paver with bolts
