Yes I had these issues myself. It did turn out it was my thyroid, no period, huge fast weight gain!

When I did start menopause at about 46, I then bled for 40 days and 40 night really heavy flow! Then boom no more periods, that was like 22 yrs!

I’d rather do that than a colposcopy dude be happy they haven’t brought up doing that it’s horribly painful and no anesthesia

good luck I had a cyst on my right ovary n they had to take outmy whole right side. n that didn't stop the pain I still have terrible pain
