DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I am a long time customer of this company, and have never had any issues. However, I recently ordered and received defective pieces. I emailed to solicit an exchange or refund. They told me all sales are final. However, this can't be true for defective pieces. I also noticed that the company is using a third party vendor instead of their namesake for the clothing, which is unusual. Instead of providing a refund or sending better fitting items. They are refusing to do so and attempting to steal my money. I can't even resale the items due to the defects. So, I am out of $100, while they get to walk away. This company is committing fraud by not having a phone number for customers to call, not having a consistent email response time. The phone number provided goes to a Walmart gift card. I've asked to speak to someone several times to no avail. I have spent too much money with this company in the past to be mistreated and stolen from in this manner. Upon a recent search, I've found that this has become the new practice per all of the similar complaints that are online. They commit fraud by inflating prices and giving false discounts, hide behind the final sale tag so as to not be held accountable for defective pieces, and have no customer service via phone, and they hide behind email so as to not truly help customers. I am requesting my money back immediately or an exchange immediately.

I am still waiting on my refund from my return 35 days later, and obviously I’m not the only one who is experiencing this!!
