i weirdly think that monsteras are thrip magnets, i had to throw out 45€ (basically two plants) because of thrips that always came back 🥲

Do not put neem oil itself on the plant leafs, it can clog them. Make a mixture of neem oil, dish soap and water and gently wipe the Leaf with a cloth

please don't apply pure oil. mix the drop of oil with a drop of dishwashing liquid and add a liter of water. pure oil closes the stomata in the leave
