@eric.jumper: 740 EJ in action. Contrary to (un)popular belief, Cat didn’t just put my initials on the side of a 740 for fun. In fact, it actually stands for ‘Eject’. These ejector body’s aren’t built for everyone, but serve a unique and useful purpose. The biggest benefit to them is that they can dump on a slope without the risk of a rollover. They’re also great for spreading material over an area because you can dump while driving. The concept of the EJ body is the brainchild of John Moyna who designed it in his crazy scientist lab in Elkader, Iowa. Demonstration provided by @caterpillaredwards.
