last i checked, a speed limit is the highest you’re allowed to go. going 20 is still within the limit

In my opinion, it should be a minor, harsh to fail but should be observing alot better probably showing that he isn't ready to drive yet so yh.

Have ppl in the comments not passed their theory?? A road with no signs with at least 3 street lamps is a 30 zone unless a sign says otherwise

generally on standard roads that have street lights its 30, so thats typical speed so they only need reminder signs if its anything other than that
