Ugh. I have arthritis in my back so severe that I can't take walks anymore. It's sad because 20years ago I spent 5months on the Appalachian Trail.

I second this with being in a wheelchair too rolling around definitely helps even if you’re being pushed. I feel so calm after some fresh air ☺️

I’ve read it’s because our eyes follow that pattern during REM sleep/dreams which is when our brain is processing our experiences to deal with them.
